Textile Design Internship
Glen Raven - Sunbrella
Throughout my 11 weeks of interning at Glen Raven I collaborated with designers to assist on an array of projects; from organizing yarn tabs into booklets, sorting hundreds of pieces of artwork into categories for easier access and storage, to editing artwork in EAT CAD software for collection development. I have also had the opportunity to sit in on customer meetings and get a feel for what it is like being one of the top performance fabric companies. In addition to all the knowledge and skills I have been introduced to, I also received the opportunity to create my own line of Sunbrella fabrics.
